Circuit Class - Monday - 7.15PM
Circuit training is a whole body workout using all the major and minor
muscle groups, it incorporates stations which include cardio and
endurance exercises, core stability, light weights, heavy weights, flexibility, stretches, jumping, running, skipping, squatting, to name a few.
The classes are suitable to everyone of all levels of fitness. We have a weekly circuit class in Enfield open to everyone held at:
St Peters Church Hall
Grange Park N21 1DN
Just come along and give it a try.
If you have a group or are an organisation that wishes to organise a circuit class please call to discuss in more detail.
Prepare to move, stretch, strengthen and work in a way you may have never moved before.
