Circuit Class - Monday - 7.15PM
A circuit class is an effective way to make some serious changes to your fitness and your body.
Its a full body workout using all the major and minor muscle groups, it incorporates STATIONS which may include cardio endurance exercises, core stability, light weights, heavy weights, flexibility, stretches, jumping, running, skipping, squatting, to name a few. Each exercise is performed for a short period of time before commencing to the next exercise.
Everyone works to their own pace and ability.
