Pilates class for beginners and mixed ability.
Never tried Pilates or do you wish to revisit the fundamentals of Pilates? Come along to our Beginners Pilates class which is every Tuesday Evening. The Beginners class is an introduction to Pilates that will help you to progress your practice from the beginner level to intermediate level. The class is suitable for people who have never done Pilates before or for people who wish to re-visit the precision and control of the Joseph Pilates method .
Prepare to move, stretch, strengthen and work in a way you may have never moved before.
Learn how to move using the 6 principles of the Pilates method.
