Pilates Class – Mixed ability

This class is a mixed ability. Beginners welcome.
Pilates is a movement and wellness system designed to improve fitness, movement, balance, strength and flexibility.
Bookings are taken in blocks of 5 and will be £45 per block. If you join mid block then it will be £12 per session until the next block. Pilates is a progressive form of exercise and is recommended for the full benefit to book and complete the block.
Strictly no refunds but alternatives will be offered.
