The workout
Your workouts can include combinations of, or entire sessions may utilize: strength training, interval training, kickboxing, boxing, martial arts, Kung fu, weights, bodybuilding, cardiovascular conditioning, sports & athletic training & drills, ball and band exercises, core and flexibility.
Your workout will take place either inside or outside and will push you to your limit.
Although our personal trainers are based in Enfield, North London, they are also mobile and are willing to travel, covering north and central London. Please contact us to inquire if we have a trainer in your area. All equipment will be supplied.
