Our one to one (1-2-1) Personal Trainers are dedicated to assisting you in achieving your goals. They can motivate, inspire, adapt, challenge and lead you to a healthier lifestyle.

One to One personal training

Our Personal Trainers understand that you are an individual and care about that your needs are specific to you. They pride themselves in offering a personal service, getting to know you closely, both inside and out, making adaptations to your sessions and monitoring your lifestyle.

You will be required to have an initial assessment, consultation and will be asked to fill in a questionnaire, so that we can develop a programme for your needs. Our Personal Trainers will guide you through your individual fitness programme. Your body and mind will always be challenged. The programme will constantly evolve to avoid reaching a plateau, so your body will keep on adapting and therefore improving. We will encourage changes in eating habits, home life etc, and we will work closely with you to make sure you achieve your goals. Due to our personal and caring approach and confidentiality, many of our clients have become close friends.

Bodyfaze is a personal training consultancy established in 1996 by Karen & Adrian Browne who each have had more than 30 years in sport and experience in the fitness industry, they have a devoted core of clientele, some of whom have been with them for more than 14 years. Others are working towards specific events and goals.

We are Adrian & Karen, a Husband and Wife team with over 30 years experience in the fitness industry. We have seen all the fad diets and workouts and understand what really works for people. We train people to improve their lives, we motivate, guide, care  and nurture to get THE BEST out of people that we can. Our Yin Yang approach really works and what makes us unique. We understand that we all have different needs and lifestyles at different times of our lives. Today may be a tough boxing session and tomorrow may be a good stretch and release. KAREN – Hi, My name is Karen and I am a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Martial Artist and Midlife Trainer. I have been training people for over 19 years and doing martial arts for over 25 years.  More recently I have trained as a Pilates instructor where I teach classes and 1:2:1’s. I felt Pilates was an obvious addition to my career as this really complimented my martial arts background and work closely with osteopaths and physios to aid clients rehabilitation.  Even more recently, I wanted to help a niche of women that I noticed were forgotten and that is women over 40. Peri-menopausal women. My aim is to help everyone to live their life to the full, what ever age.

ADRIAN – Hi, My name is Adrian and I am a Personal Trainer, Martial Arts Instructor and Boxing coach. I have been training people for over 25 years and martial artist for over 30 years where I now run my own Kung Fu school.  I have had many successes and am very passionate about everything fitness. I recently had a life changing accident but my training and passion has kept me motivated to continue and still pass on my many years of experience.

We see physical training as a means to a lifetime of activity and healthy living and as a means to further the enjoyment and performance in sport.
