Circuit Class - Monday - 7.15PM
A circuit class is an effective way to make some serious changes to your fitness and your body. It truly is the best form of exercise for the whole body and literally anyone can do it. You work at your own pace.
Its a full body workout using all the major and minor muscle groups, it incorporates STATIONS which may include:
squatting AND MUCH MUCH MORE.
Each exercise is performed for a short period of time before commencing to the next exercise.
Everyone works to their own pace and ability.
