Pilates Class – Beginners
There are limited spaces available. PLEASE PRE-BOOK YOUR MAT
This class is a beginners class. Mixed ability are welcome as its always worth recapping on the basics. As a beginner to Pilates or you haven’t ever attended a class , it is highly recommended (although not imperative) to have a 1:2:1 session first with our instructor as Pilates is a very complex movement based form of exercise and to obtain the most from your class a basic understanding is recommended. Please contact Karen to BOOK your 1:2:1 session.
Pilates is a movement and wellness system designed to improve
neck, shoulder, back and knee care
Bookings are taken in MONTHLY blocks of £10 per session. PAYG or if you join mid block then it will be £13 per session until the next block. Pilates is a progressive form of exercise and is recommended for full benefit and to see results, to book and complete the block.
