Bodyfaze Pilates Matwork uses the Joseph Pilates classic matwork repertoire. The Pilates method is a balanced exercise form which offers something for everybody regardless of age or ability. The 6 guiding principles are Breathe, Centering, Control, Concentration, Precision and flow. With these in mind, you will be strengthening, mobilising, stretching, releasing, it enhances body awareness and focusing on correcting any imbalances in the body returns the body to its natural balance.
Pilates is recognised by GPs, Osteopaths and Physiotherapists as a safe but effect exercise.
Bodyfaze Pilates offers both 1:2:1, 1:2:2 and group Pilates classes in Enfield, North London and Central London.
Sessions are held in the comfort of your own home, or in our studio.
