We are looking for serious people who want to train hard on a one to one (1-2-1) basis and achieve their goals. People who are willing to push themselves beyond the normal.
You will need to be able to train more than once a week (preferably at minimum of 3 times per week) to achieve faster goals.
Your commitment both with and without your Personal Trainer will see amazing results.
Your Exercise Programme and nutrition will be monitored closely and 100% commitment will be expected. A realistic time frame will be agreed between you and your personal trainer.
