healthy structure and help prevent injuries.
Most injuries are caused by tightness of muscles, leading to loss of flexibility.
If you have back, knee, hip or neck problems, its possible you have an imbalance of muscle structure, probably due to muscle tightness.
The session is 30 minutes one to one (1-2-1) and dependent on your needs, either a full body stretch or concentrated stretches on certain areas. The session can be bolted on the end of your one to one personal training session or booked alone as a 30 minute session.
Your personal trainer can determine from your one to one session the areas that you are most in need of attention.
