Circuit Training

Circuit training is a whole body workout using all the major and minor
muscle groups, it incorporates stations which include cardio andbodyfaze circuit
endurance exercises, core stability, light weights, heavy weights, flexibility, stretches, jumping, running, skipping, squatting, to name a few.

Although not all exercise is suitable for everyone, with Circuit classes you are able to work to your own level.

 

We have a weekly circuit class in Enfield however, during the Covid 19 lockdown we are holding classes online bookable through Eventbrite
