Circuit Training

Circuit training is a whole body workout using all the major and minor
muscle groups, it incorporates stations which include cardio andbodyfaze circuit
endurance exercises, core stability, light weights, heavy weights, flexibility, stretches, jumping, running, skipping, squatting, to name a few.

The classes are suitable to everyone of all levels of fitness. We have a weekly circuit class in Enfield open to everyone held at:
