We will coach you on correct technique. Most gym users have poor technique and are actually doing more harm than good. Making their workout a complete waste of time. By executing correct technique you can probably also half your gym time.
With the permission of your local gym or, we have a gym facility in Southgate, where we can coach you through the correct technique on various apparatus. Should you wish us to work you out in the gym, there will be no extra membership costs. We would be happy to discuss your workout.
