Kickboxing & Boxing

Kickboxing and boxing are excellent cardiovascular workouts and really gets the body moving. All the major and minor muscles will be used, along with core stability, balance, explosive power bodyfaze boxing & kickboxing
and stamina. All in all a great workout, no matter what your ability is, we will talk you through the techniques.

All equipment such as boxing gloves, hand mitts, focus pads, and (if required) head guards and full body protection are all supplied.

Our personal Trainers have been teaching martial arts for over 15 years and now have their own school,Shaolin Quanshu kung fu and are highly adequate in this field. Technique is all important to our personal trainers and being taught on a one to one basis enables the highest quality of technique.
