A highly forgotten, but very important area of your workout routine.
You can have a whole session of relaxation and/or stretching techniques or, they can be incorporated into a workout session.
The muscles need to be stretched to reduce tightening if this is not performed and the muscles are constantly tight then it will inevitably cause imbalances within the body and lead to injury. By also stretching the muscles after exercise, this quickens the recovery rate. The muscles will not start to repair themselves after a workout until they are in a relaxed and stretched state.
