About Me
Hi, I’m Kyall, and I’m passionate about helping others unlock their full fitness potential through boxing. My journey into martial arts began at the age of 4 when I started training in Kung Fu. From there, my love for combat sports grew, and eventually won a national championship in kickboxing. After, I pursued a deep understanding of the human body, studying human biology to better appreciate the mechanics behind movement and performance.
With a foundation in martial arts and a scientific approach to fitness, I’ve competed in white-collar boxing, where I learned firsthand the demands of the sport and the mental and physical resilience needed to succeed. Now, I bring this wealth of experience to my coaching, blending technique, discipline, and a passion for fitness to help you reach your goals—whether you’re a seasoned athlete or stepping into the gym for the first time.
